İşyerinin; İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kayıt, Takip ve İzleme Programına İSG-KATİP kayıtlı onaylanmış ve devam eden iş sağlığı ve güvenliği hizmetlerinin verilmesine ilişkin, hizmet sunucusu ile yapılmış bir sözleşmesinin olması şartı aranmaz.
